Job Summary

We are looking for a Loan Executive (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build a career in loan processing and financial operations. The candidate will assist in documentation, customer coordination, bank follow-ups, and other loan-related activities under the guidance of the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling loan files and customer documentation.
- Collect and check required documents from customers.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents and formalities.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining loan-related records.
- Submit cheques, DDs, and required documents to banks and concerned offices.
- Assist in arranging stamp papers, agreements, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with customers for agreement signing and other formalities.
- Assist the senior team in bank and loan-related follow-ups.
- Visit banks, JDA, Registrar/Sub-Registrar offices, and other concerned offices whenever required.




- Maintain proper records and update the status of loan files.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the Loan Manager in day-to-day loan processing activities.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn banking and loan procedures.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel/visit banks and government offices when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience: Fresher.
- Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
