We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in BFSI recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and consistently meet recruitment targets.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain solid candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.

Relevant Hiring Experience:
Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Lending, Credit, Underwriting, Loan Processing, Risk & Compliance, Collections, Payments, KYC/AML, Customer Operations, Financial Operations, and other BFSI roles.
