Job Description

Job Role – MEP Front Line Supervisor (FLS) Trainee

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities at high-rise residential projects.

- Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors to ensure planned activities are completed safely, efficiently and as per schedule.

- Major exposure to conduit laying, back box fixing and other MEP installation works.

- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and material utilization at site.

- Coordinate with engineers and other agencies to resolve site issues and avoid rework.

- Assist in daily progress tracking, measurements, inspections and reporting.

- Develop practical knowledge of MEP execution, workmen management and high-rise construction practices.
