We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong industrial B2B sales and dealer/dealership management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new industrial customers
- Manage dealers, distributors and channel partners
- Conduct regular factory and customer visits
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Deliver product presentations and technical discussions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
- Handle payment follow-ups and customer relationships
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Monitor competitors and identify recent business opportunities
- Travel extensively across Gujarat and Maharashtra
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience
- Dealer/dealership management experience is mandatory
- Industrial equipment, bearings or mechanical components sales experience preferred
- Candidates from Steel, Crusher or Mining industries highly preferred
- Strong communication,
negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM
- Gujarati and Marathi speaking candidates preferred
- Candidates from other locations must be willing to relocate
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
