Job Summary

Sell technically complex products by understanding customer engineering requirements, providing product demonstrations, and preparing detailed technical proposals. Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering or production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer technical requirements through detailed site assessments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
- Prepare technical proposals, comparison sheets and ROI calculations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer facilities.
- Liaise with internal engineering teams to customise solutions.




- Handle technical queries and objections during the sales process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Follow up on installation, commissioning and after-sales support.

Requirements

- Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
- 0–4 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
- Technical proposal writing and product demonstration skills.
- Solution selling, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production and engineering teams.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- CRM and Excel skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,700.00 per month
