PROMENA & Ideabaaz is looking for Founder’s Office Executive to work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

What You’ll Work On
This is not a typical Job. You will get hands-on exposure to how a startup is built and scaled.
You’ll work directly with the Founder’s Office across:
- Business Strategy & Growth
- Market Research & Business Analysis
- Partnerships & Business Development
- Marketing & Startup Ecosystem Initiatives
- Founder’s Office Projects & Special Assignments
- Preparing presentations, reports & business documents
- Researching new opportunities, markets & partnerships
- Supporting execution of high-priority initiatives
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for high-energy, curious and execution-oriented individuals who want to understand how businesses actually work.
Ideal candidate:
- Fresh Graduates / Early-career professionals
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Good command of PPT skills MUST.
- Proactive attitude with a “figure it out” mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to take ownership rather than just follow instructions
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, media or business
