We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager who can take ownership of overall business operations and help us scale the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and oversee day-to-day business operations
- Manage and guide warehouse, logistics, customer support and operations teams
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Improve order processing, inventory and warehouse efficiency
- Set targets and KPIs for different teams and track performance
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions
- Build SOPs and improve internal processes
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, production, warehouse and management
- Control operational costs and improve profitability
- Analyze business data and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and execute strategies to scale the business




- Take ownership of execution and ensure teams meet their targets

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations / Sales / E-commerce
- Strong sales and business growth experience
- Experience managing multiple teams
- Positive understanding of warehouse, inventory and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage operations and drive business growth

E-commerce or apparel industry experience will be preferred.
