Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leader – Interior Fit-Outs to lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The role will be responsible for project planning, execution, team management, vendor coordination, cost control, quality, timelines, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, and execution strategies.
- Manage project teams, designers, site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, sales, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and other resources.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, and overall project performance.
- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identify project delays, risks, and execution issues and take corrective action.
- Manage client communication, project updates, and escalations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.




- Improve processes to enhance project efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Outs, Design & Build, Construction, or Project Execution.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end interior fit-out projects.
- Experience managing project teams, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and resource management.
- Solid client and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build, Commercial Interiors, Residential Interiors, Construction, or Turnkey Project Execution backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
