Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DM Neonatologist to provide comprehensive care to critically ill neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. The consultant will be responsible for managing patients in both the NICU and PICU, ensuring high-quality clinical care and effective coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and provide specialized care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in NICU and PICU.
- Handle neonatal emergencies, pediatric critical care cases, and high-risk patients.
- Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage ventilated patients and provide appropriate respiratory support.
- Handle neonatal resuscitation and pediatric emergency situations.
- Manage premature, low-birth-weight, and high-risk newborns.
- Monitor and manage sepsis, respiratory distress, shock, seizures, and other critical conditions.
- Supervise and guide medical, nursing, and support staff in critical care areas.
- Conduct regular rounds and ensure timely review of critically ill patients.
- Coordinate with pediatricians, intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists whenever required.
- Ensure proper documentation, treatment protocols, infection control,



and patient safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents/attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and critical care requirements.
- Participate in developing and implementing clinical protocols for NICU and PICU services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualification

- DM/DNB/Fellowship in Neonatology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- Additional experience in PICU/Pediatric Critical Care will be preferred.

Experience

- Relevant experience in NICU and PICU management.
- Solid experience in handling neonatal and pediatric emergencies and critically ill patients.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
