We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as an Executive - Fresher. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management:

o List, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).

o Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

2. Order Processing:

o Monitor and process online orders efficiently.

o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

3. Customer Support:

o Address customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis:

o Track sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports.

o Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

5. Marketing Support:

o Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).





o Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.

6. Inventory Management:

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
