Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused F&B; Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and maintain dining and service areas as per standards.
- Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow food safety, health, and company service standards.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.




- Maintain adequate stock of service items and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Support the team during events and busy service periods.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,010.26 - ₹60,975.99 per month
