Position: Production Supervisor

Experience: Min 2-6 Years in Manufacturing Unit

Salary: 18,000 CTC To 24,000 CTC [Inhand-13K to 18K]

A production supervisor oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing or production unit, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. They manage teams, coordinate workflows, maintain quality control, and troubleshoot issues. Their role involves planning, organizing, and directing production staff to achieve optimal output and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning & Scheduling:Developing and implementing production schedules, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Team Management:Supervising, motivating, and guiding a team of production staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Quality Control:Ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance:Enforcing safety procedures, ensuring a safe work environment,



and promoting safe work practices.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies.
- Inventory Management:Ensuring adequate material supply and proper inventory control.
- Continuous Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Reporting & Documentation:Maintaining production records, preparing performance reports, and communicating relevant information to other departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
