Position: HMC Operator

Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000
Duty Hours: Fixed 12-Hour Shift
Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Machine Operation:
- Independently operate HMC machines with Siemens controller as per production plan.
- Programming and Setup:

Perform basic program adjustments, job setups, and tool offsets as per job requirements.Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications including tolerances.Use QC instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc., to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.Submit daily shift production and inspection report to the Production Supervisor.Carry out basic preventive maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness and operational readiness.Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies during production.
