Job Title - AM / Manager – Creative Design

Experience: 5–6 Years (Relevant, Hands-on)

Location: Gurugram / NCR (In office / Hybrid – as applicable)

Role Summary

High-impact Creative Design professional who can independently own graphics, motion, and video content across brand, marketing, and sales initiatives. The role demands strong conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to deliver fast, consistent, and conversion-oriented creatives across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

Creative & Technical Expertise

Strong command over Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Hands-on expertise in Motion Graphics & Video Editing using:

Adobe After Effects/Adobe Premiere Pro

Brand films, explainer videos, reels, short-form ads

Static + animated digital creatives

Understanding of print production, material specs, and pre-press processes

Brand Identity & Visual Governance

Own and maintain brand identity consistency across:

Digital (social, website, ads)

Print (brochures, collaterals)

Outdoor, events, site branding

Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints

Ensure 100% brand-aligned output with zero visual dilution





Creative Strategy & Campaign Execution

Independently conceptualize and execute creatives for:

Project launches

Lead-generation campaigns

Brand-building initiatives

Support 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, On-ground)

Deliver innovative, audience-relevant creative ideas aligned with business objectives

Create and deliver:

Brand videos

Property walkthroughs

Social media reels

Motion-led ad creatives

Manage end-to-end video workflow: storyboard → edit → final output

Produce 10–12+ high-quality videos annually

Improved video engagement / watch time benchmarks

Design high-impact:

Brochures, flyers, pitch decks

Floor plans, site branding

Exhibition & event creatives

Support sales and leasing teams with conversion-focused creatives

Success Metrics

Sales team feedback ≥ 80% satisfaction

Reduced revision cycles through clearer design logic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
