Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily production planning, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and capable of coordinating with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production vs. actual output.
- Track daily consumable inventory.
- Execute and monitor the daily production plan.
- Maintain day-end stock reports.
- Identify and report slow-moving/dead stock every 15 days.
- Coordinate dispatch planning and inward material movement.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
- Prepare daily operational reports and highlight any production or dispatch issues.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
