Job Summary

Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is looking for a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training programs to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure Cloud, Docker, and modern AI/LLM concepts, with the ability to deliver practical, hands-on training and guide learners through real-world application development projects.

Our Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in Java Development, Spring Boot, Microservices, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Practical experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud and Docker.
- Understanding of LLM concepts, Vector Databases, and RAG systems.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to conduct hands-on coding sessions and real-world project demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to mentor students on projects, technical interviews, and placement preparation.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led Java training sessions through practical and project-based learning.
- Teach Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on Azure Cloud and Docker.




- Introduce learners to LLM concepts, Vector Databases, and RAG systems.
- Demonstrate how AI capabilities can be integrated into Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in developing real-world Java and Microservices projects.
- Mentor students on coding practices, project development, and technical interviews.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, Microservices, and Generative AI.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling, student progress tracking, and syllabus completion.

Employment Type

Full-Time – Offline

- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day
- Mode: Offline / On-site
- Suitable for candidates available to work full-time at the assigned training location.

Part-Time / Freelance – Online

Suitable for working professionals and freelancers.

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day
- Mode: Online / Remote

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure, Docker, or Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, Vector Databases, or RAG systems with Java/Spring Boot applications will be a strong advantage.
