About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Fit-Out Engineer to manage and execute Civil & Interior Fit-Out works for commercial and corporate office projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, contractor/subcontractor coordination, quality control, quantity verification, and ensuring timely completion of project activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of corporate office interior fit-outs, including civil, architectural, finishing, ceiling, flooring, partition, furniture and related works.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution

- Manage day-to-day execution of Civil & Interior Fit-Out works at commercial/corporate office project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Supervise various fit-out activities including:
- Civil and masonry works
- Gypsum / drywall and partition works
- False ceiling works
- Flooring and tiling
- Painting and wall finishes
- Glass and aluminium works
- Doors, hardware and architectural finishes
- Carpentry and modular furniture works
- Pantry and utility area works
- Toilet and associated finishing works
- Other interior fit-out and finishing activities

Contractor & Subcontractor Management

- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site manpower.
- Allocate work fronts and ensure adequate manpower and materials are available.
- Monitor contractor productivity, workmanship and progress.
- Verify work executed by subcontractors before certification/payment.
- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for critical matters.

3. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Study and understand architectural, civil, interior and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams for drawing clarifications and site requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report the same.
- Ensure proper coordination between Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other services.

4. Quantity & Measurement

- Verify site measurements and quantities against the BOQ and approved drawings.
- Prepare/verify measurements for contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Check executed quantities before certification.
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain records of site measurements and work progress.

- Coordinate with client representatives, PMC,



consultants and other stakeholders at site.
- Attend site meetings and discuss execution-related matters.
- Ensure client/consultant observations are properly addressed.
- Maintain professional communication with the client and project stakeholders.

8. Safety & Site Discipline

- Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with company and project EHS/Safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer to maintain safe working practices.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, work permits, PPE and site discipline are maintained.

9. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site reports, manpower reports and progress records.
- Maintain records of drawings, measurements, inspections, approvals and site instructions.
- Prepare snag lists and coordinate for closure.
- Support preparation of handover documentation and project close-out records.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong practical knowledge of commercial office interior fit-out execution.
- Good understanding of Civil & Interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, interior and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement and billing.
- Strong contractor/subcontractor management skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, construction methods and finishing standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and resolve execution issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and preferably AutoCAD.
- Ability to work under tight project schedules and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
