Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned territories to meet with potential clients and drive sales of Quick-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Meet sales targets and provide accurate sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
- Additional Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule, including weekends & on public holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
