Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage budgets, cost estimation, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality norms
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation
- Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams




- Handle risk management and implement corrective actions when required

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
- 10–15 years of experience in civil construction/project management
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven experience in handling residential/commercial projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise building or real estate projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
