Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and provide required attendance/input data.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
- Assist with statutory compliance and other HR-related documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.




- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
