About the Role

Intima Heart & Superspeciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiologist to join its Cardiology Department. The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions while contributing to advanced interventional and preventive cardiac care.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cardiac centre with advanced Cath Lab facilities, modern imaging technologies, and exposure to complex cardiac interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
- Perform and interpret ECG, Echocardiography, Stress Tests, and Holter Monitoring.
- Evaluate patients for interventional procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
- Perform or assist with coronary angiography, angioplasty (PCI), and other cardiac interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based patient care.
- Educate patients on cardiac prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
- Experience in non-invasive and/or interventional cardiology.




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with complex coronary interventions, including OCT-guided procedures, Rotablation, Orbital Atherectomy (OA), and Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL), will be an advantage.
