JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Generation of enquiry - a. customer cold calling , b. product approvals, c. visit sites, d. product awareness, e. catalogs, exhibitions,
- advertisement, online postings, samples
- Handling of enquiries from assigned customers.
- Conversion of enquiry into orders - a. timely submission of good quality quotes, b. follow-up of the quotation, c. order lost analysis, d. keeping track of competition
- Strengthen customer relations.
- Order processing (punching the order in SAP, review rates, checking stocks, raising requisition, follow-up of material with purchase, follow up for dispatches, ensuring dispatch details send to customer).
- Review and approval of purchase orders from new customers.
- Update customers on new developments, recent products
