Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Chitrakoot. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in hotel front office/reception operations, good communication skills, and a professional approach toward guests.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide professional front-desk assistance.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest queries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.




- Collect and record guest payments when required.
- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all guests.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and qualified personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good customer-service skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
