We are looking for someone who can take ownership of CRM and marketing activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, understand project requirements, and continuously improve processes and campaign performance for our US client.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understand their needs, maintain strong customer relationships, and use HubSpot CRM and marketing tools to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Customer Engagement

- Communicate with customers through email, phone, chat, and other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to improve engagement and conversion.

HubSpot CRM Development & Management

- Develop, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM according to project requirements.
- Create and manage contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, properties, lists, and workflows.
- Set up CRM automation and lead-nurturing processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM data.
- Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support integration of CRM with other marketing and business tools where required.

Email Management & Marketing

- Plan, create, schedule, and manage email campaigns.
- Develop email templates and marketing communications aligned with project objectives.
- Manage contact lists, segmentation, and email workflows.
- Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct basic A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Ensure emails are professional, engaging,



and aligned with brand guidelines.

Marketing Activities

- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Assist with content creation for email, website, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and relevant market trends.
- Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular updates and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities meet project goals.

Required Skills

- Good hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Understanding of CRM development, workflows, automation, and lead management.
- Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign/CRM data.

Work Schedule- Monday to Friday
