Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to handle the washing, drying, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothes and linen while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort clothes, linens, and other fabrics according to colour, material, and washing requirements.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, steamers, and ironing equipment safely.
- Wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize garments and linens.
- Handle delicate and special-care fabrics with appropriate methods.
- Check garments for stains, damage, missing buttons, or other issues before and after washing.
- Use detergents, fabric softeners, and stain removers appropriately.
- Ensure clothes are properly folded, packed, labelled, and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry area and equipment.
- Keep track of laundry items and ensure proper handling to avoid loss or damage.
- Report damaged garments, equipment issues,



or shortages of laundry supplies to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and laundry-care procedures.
- Assist with other housekeeping or laundry-related duties as required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Laundry Attendant, Laundry Worker, or similar role.
- Positive knowledge of washing, ironing, folding, and fabric care.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify different fabric types.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling laundry for extended periods.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹38,778.55 - ₹50,893.76 per month
