About LearnifyOps Pvt. Ltd.

LearnifyOps Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Understand creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Add transitions, animations, text, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, advertisements, and other branded content.
- Maintain consistency with LearnifyOps’ visual identity, style, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and manage video files, project assets, footage, and final exports efficiently.
- Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
- Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, visual styles, and content trends.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets the required standards.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Positive understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, and sound design.
- Ability to create engaging content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Good sense of typography, color, music selection, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any domain
- Prior experience creating educational, marketing, or social-media content will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video-editing work is highly preferred.
