Job Description

Job Role – Formwork Engineer

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day formwork activities for high-rise residential projects.

- Experience in Mivan/Aluform systems is essential, including erection, alignment, inspection and dismantling.

- Ensure formwork execution is carried out as per approved drawings, methodology, quality standards and safety requirements.

- Monitor cycle time, productivity,



manpower deployment and efficient utilization of formwork materials.

- Coordinate with construction, reinforcement and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of floor cycles.

- Identify and resolve site-level formwork issues, dimensional deviations and interface-related constraints.

- Assist in planning, material requirements, quantity tracking, inspections and daily progress reporting.

- Ensure proper maintenance, shifting and stacking of formwork materials for effective reuse across floors/towers.
