Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: From understanding requirements to onboarding.

Candidate sourcing: Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases.

Screening & interviewing: Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Offer management: Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and manage pre-joining formalities.

Onboarding: Ensure smooth joining and induction.

Recruitment MIS: Maintain trackers and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a pool of candidates for future needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
