Customer Relationship Executive – Mumbai

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in any manufacturing industry are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and communication history.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments as required.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned teams.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.




- Experience in any manufacturing industry is acceptable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and organized approach.
