We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience handling cash, card payments, and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Operate and maintain the POS/cash register system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and discounts according to company policies.
- Count and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and report discrepancies.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized,



and well-stocked.
- Assist with product inquiries and other store duties when required.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Previous experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
