Key Responsibilities:

· Load and unload components in VMC / CNC machines.

· Run machine programs as per component requirements.

· Read engineering drawings and manufacture components accordingly.

· Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.

· Ensure production quality and accuracy standards.

· Monitor tool condition and inform supervisors when replacement is required.

· Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

· Handle finished goods with proper identification.

· Follow shopfloor safety rules and production discipline.

· Support production targets and reduce rejection/rework.

· Operate & Program VMC machines (Merchibushi)

· Fixture setup, tool offset, work offset, job setting

· Read & interpret engineering drawings

· Measure & inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer,



Height Gauge etc.

· Maintain quality output & production targets

What You Must Be Good At:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with VMC machining
- Solid understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and machining strategy
- Experience with CAM software and G-code editing
- Ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T; basics preferred)
- Experience in part proving and process optimization
