Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and relationship-driven Medical Representatives with 2–6 years of experience in Gynecology. The ideal candidate should have an established network of gynecologists, obstetricians, IVF specialists, and maternity hospitals within the assigned territory and a proven ability to achieve prescription and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote Vitagoli’s women’s health and nutraceutical portfolio to Gynecologists, Obstetricians, IVF Specialists, and Fertility Clinics.

* Build strong, long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

* Conduct regular doctor calls as per company call-average standards.

* Generate quality prescriptions and increase product recommendation.

* Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, clinic activities, and awareness programs.

* Execute product launches and promotional campaigns effectively.

* Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, nursing homes, and fertility centres.

* Ensure product availability through distributors, stockists, and pharmacies.

* Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.

* Maintain daily reporting through CRM or company reporting system.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Pharm, B.Sc.,



Life Sciences preferred).

* 2–6 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the Gynecology segment is mandatory.

* Experience handling Gynecologists, Obstetricians, IVF Specialists, and Women’s Health Clinics.

* Strong doctor relationship network in the assigned territory.

* Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

* Existing relationships with leading gynecologists will be an added advantage.
