Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Mould Design & Development

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Plastic Injection Mould Design & Tool Room

- Strong experience in Mould Design, Development & Manufacturing

- Automotive/plastic component manufacturing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Injection Mould Design & Development for new projects.

- Prepare DFM, tolerance analysis and feasibility studies.

- Handle mould quotation, design review and DFMEA with customers.

- Develop complete 3D/2D mould designs and detailed drawings.

- Work on Part Modelling, Assembly Modelling, Surfacing & Drafting.

- Prepare electrode extraction and EDM/Wire Cut data.

- Prepare and manage BOM, ECN and engineering changes.

- Coordinate with Tool Room, VMC, EDM and Wire Cut teams.

- Support mould manufacturing, mould trials, rectification and maintenance.





- Ensure timely completion of projects as per customer requirements.

- Handle customer interaction and provide technical design solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Mould Design

- Positive understanding of Tool Room processes

- Proficiency in UG-NX / Unigraphics

- Knowledge of AutoCAD

- Knowledge of EDM, Wire Cut and VMC processes

- Knowledge of DFM, DFMEA, ECN and BOM

- Strong team handling and project coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology / Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering

- CIPET qualification preferred.

The requirement is based on the attached profile, which includes extensive experience in plastic injection mould design, tool-room coordination, UG-NX, DFM/DFMEA, ECN, BOM, electrodes and mould trials.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
