Sattrix Information Security Limited is looking for a Bid Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle for Government (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) and Enterprise tenders.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents and coordinate with OEMs, distributors, technical, commercial, and legal teams.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance matrices, BoQs, and bid documentation.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate pre-bid queries, vendor registrations, OEM authorizations, and bid clarifications.
- Maintain bid documentation, MIS, and opportunity pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in Bid Management.




- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, or Managed Services.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other eTender portals.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹32,553.13 per month
