Job Summary

Gurfateh Developers is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and managing project execution at site.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor construction work at project sites.

* Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.

* Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

* Monitor project timelines, material requirements, and site activities.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.





* Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate or Construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and quality control.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Experience

* Required: 4–6 Years

Salary

* ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
