- Handle daily cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Receive and issue cash accurately and maintain proper records.
- Prepare receipts, invoices, bills, and payment documents.
- Verify cash collections against bills and transaction records.
- Maintain daily cash book and cashier records.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
- Deposit collections into the designated bank account as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales/Service departments regarding payments and collections.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company cash-handling and financial procedures.
- Support the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
