We are looking for an experienced Astrology Operations Manager to manage daily operations and coordinate with professionals associated with our digital platform.

Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding and day-to-day coordination.
- Coordinate schedules, availability, and online sessions.
- Maintain professional relationships with astrologers.
- Handle operational queries and resolve issues.
- Monitor engagement and service quality.
- Maintain records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in operations, relationship management, or vendor management.




- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple professionals and tasks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
