Recruiter – Technical / Service Engineer Hiring

Job Purpose

To handle Pan-India recruitment, mainly for Service Engineers / Technical Support Engineers responsible for installation, assembly, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fitness equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Service Engineers / Technical Support Engineers / Technicians across India.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media, and other channels.
- Prefer candidates with Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Fitness Equipment, or similar technical backgrounds.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interviews.
- Follow up with candidates from selection until joining.
- Handle multiple vacancies across different locations in India.
- Support other recruitment activities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements





- Hindi speaking is MANDATORY due to the Pan-India nature of recruitment.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical / blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience in hiring Service Engineers, Technicians, or Technical Support Engineers is preferred.
- Should be comfortable recruiting candidates from different states across India.
- Good communication, candidate screening, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of technical profiles and job requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and recruitment portals.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of closing positions within timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
