Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Executive (Telecalling) to join our Thanjavur team. In this role, you will connect with prospective sellers and brands over the phone, understand their requirements, and introduce them to Seller Rocket's services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases
- Explain Seller Rocket's services and value proposition clearly and confidently
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and schedule appointments or demos




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/trackers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Coordinate with the business development and account management teams for smooth handovers

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to learn about e-commerce and online marketplaces
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Any degree; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
