We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high-quality video content for our training programs, social media platforms, events, promotional campaigns, and digital learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete video production process, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, training programs, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, microphones, tripods, and other production equipment effectively.
- Record interviews, student testimonials, trainer sessions, events, promotional content, and educational videos.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, background music, sound effects, and other relevant post-production elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, academic, and creative teams to understand content requirements and execute video concepts.
- Maintain consistent video quality, brand standards, visual style, and storytelling across all content.
- Organize and maintain video files, project assets, footage, and production equipment.




- Manage multiple video projects and deliver completed content within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current video production, editing, social media content, and visual storytelling trends.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in videography, video production, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio recording, and video production techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and tools such as Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, sound, and storytelling.
- Strong creative and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video work is preferred.
