We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning content and experiences for digital learning products, simulations, and enterprise learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop engaging learning content across different topics.
- Create storyboards, scenarios, activities, assessments, and learning materials.
- Simplify complex concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
- Work with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop and refine content.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Review content for accuracy, clarity, quality, and learner engagement.
- Explore AI and digital tools to improve content development and learning experiences.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Content Development, or eLearning.
- Robust writing, research, and content-development skills.




- Experience with storyboarding and digital learning content.
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, LMS, or other eLearning tools is a plus.
