We are looking for a results-driven HR professional to manage recruitment and onboarding.

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Job responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze hiring requirements for various roles

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: Identifying hiring needs, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, posting jobs on relevant platforms, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling, and facilitating interviews, negotiating compensation, benefits,



and employment terms in line with company policies and managing onboarding formalities for selected candidates

- Consistently meet recruitment targets and timelines with a results-driven approach

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously

- Proficient in using job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent

- Goal-driven with a solid sense of ownership and accountability

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, employee engagement, best practices, and labor laws
