About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good eye for aesthetics, and the ability to convert ideas and requirements into engaging visual content.

Excellent English communication skills are a critical requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets based on briefs and business requirements.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.

Present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with current design trends and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and versatility.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or InDesign is preferred.

Strong understanding of typography, color,



composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating social media creatives, digital marketing materials, presentations, and branding assets.

Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Critical Requirement — English Communication

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

The candidate must be able to:

Communicate confidently in spoken English.

Have strong written English skills.

Understand creative briefs and requirements accurately.

Clearly explain design concepts and creative decisions.

Communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Participate effectively in meetings and discussions conducted in English.

Understand feedback and respond appropriately.

Candidates with good design skills but weak English communication may not be suitable for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience working with international clients or teams is a plus.

Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is an advantage.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.
