About the Role

This role will extend the existing Saganova OTT backend to support Android TV, Fire TV and future connected device platforms. The engineer will work closely with frontend engineers and infrastructure teams to build scalable APIs and media services.

Role Summary

You will develop and maintain backend services supporting authentication, content delivery, playback, device activation and platform integrations while ensuring reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Node.js backend services.
- Build and maintain REST APIs.
- Extend existing OTT APIs.
- Implement authentication and authorization.




- Build device registration and activation services.
- Work with MongoDB.
- Integrate AWS services.
- Debug production issues.
- Improve API performance.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Work with frontend engineers during integration.
