- Source trendy designs, fabrics, trims and value additions.
- Identify, develop and manage vendors, suppliers and artisans.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, quality and delivery timelines.
- Conduct market visits, trend research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Sales and Logistics.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in female ethnic wear procurement/sourcing/merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery and ethnic wear trends.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong market understanding and product selection ability.
- Valuable communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
