About the Company

We are a manufacturing and engineering company involved in the manufacturing and sales of oil extraction machines, cold press oil machines, oil mill machinery and other industrial machinery.

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Telemarketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain our products, follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally in English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
- Explain machine features, specifications, capacity, pricing and basic technical details.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Send quotations, brochures, product photos and videos to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Generate new sales leads through telephone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.
- Update customer information and sales status in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, production and technical teams.
- Identify customer objections and provide suitable solutions.




- Negotiate professionally and support the sales closing process.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted into an order.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Learn the company's machines and their applications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
