Alphareach Technologies is hiring experienced Business Development professionals for senior-level positions in BPO Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO/outsourcing sales, client acquisition, revenue generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle domestic and international clients.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Requirements

- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Solid understanding of the BPO/outsourcing industry.
- Ability to manage senior-level clients and achieve business targets.
