ARC Outdoor Media Pvt. Ltd. is a 23-year-old outdoor advertising company based in Noida, with extensive experience in the Outdoor Advertising (OOH) industry. The company works across outdoor media solutions and campaign execution, helping brands achieve high-impact visibility through strategic outdoor advertising.

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and manage the smooth execution and monitoring of outdoor advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and coordinate Outdoor Advertising (OOH) campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, approved vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure artwork/designs are properly approved before production and installation.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and dismantling.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure work is completed as per approved specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and resolve execution-related issues.
- Track campaign status, installation schedules, and vendor activities.
- Prepare and maintain PPT presentations, Excel sheets, reports, and campaign updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and ensure timely delivery.
- Verify site execution and share photographs/proof of installation with the concerned teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of campaigns,



vendors, approvals, and execution reports.
- Support the operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Media Operations, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Outdoor Advertising campaign execution and monitoring.
- Solid coordination skills with designers and approved vendors.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Comfortable with field coordination and site visits.
