Job Purpose

We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage on-site activities from initial measurement through final installation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in uPVC and aluminium windows & doors, robust site coordination skills, and the ability to lead installation teams while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client sites to take accurate measurements for uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
- Review and understand design drawings, specifications, and technical details wherever provided.
- Assess site readiness and identify any issues that may affect installation before work begins.
- Coordinate and supervise the installation team to ensure work is completed as per approved measurements and specifications.
- Manage site activities from measurement to installation and completion.
- Provide technical guidance to installers and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Ensure installations meet the required quality standards, dimensions, alignment, finishing, and functionality.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and other site personnel as required.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of installation activities.
- Ensure the installation team follows all safety procedures and site regulations.




- Identify and report measurement discrepancies, material requirements, or other site-related concerns promptly.
- Conduct final quality checks and ensure proper completion and handover of the work.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.
- Prior experience in uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors installation and site supervision will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, installation processes, and technical drawings.
- Ability to accurately measure openings and translate measurements into installation requirements.
- Good team-handling and site coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently at client sites and manage multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to multiple client/project sites as required.
- Candidate must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a bike/two-wheeler for regular site visits.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project execution.
