- Minimum 7+ years of experience in creative design/visualisation.
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate marketing (residential plots, apartments, villas, or integrated townships).
- Proven experience handling project launches, pre-launch campaigns, and lead-generation creatives.
- Solid portfolio showcasing digital ads, brochures, hoardings, and website visuals.
- Experience working with performance marketing teams (Meta, Google Ads creatives).
- Exposure to additional verticals such as fashion, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience in coordinating with print vendors and production teams.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or multi-brand environment preferred.
